Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions (hereinafter, "Terms") govern access to and use of the GEOptimus platform, accessible at geoptimus.ai and app.geoptimus.ai, owned by GEOptimus Intelligence (hereinafter, "GEOptimus", "we" or "the platform").

By registering for or using the platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service

GEOptimus is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) SaaS platform that offers:

• Optimization audits for generative AI engines (Schema.org, JSON-LD, semantic coherence).
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline simulation to evaluate content citability.
• Scheduled monitoring with configurable alert rules.
• Multi-tenant management with organizations, workspaces and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Web content crawling and extraction for analysis.

3. Registration and account

• Using the platform requires creating an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• GEOptimus reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans and quotas

The platform offers several subscription plans with differentiated usage limits:

Pricing for paid plans will be published soon. GEOptimus reserves the right to modify quotas with a minimum of 30 days' notice to affected users.

5. Acceptable use

By using GEOptimus, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not submit URLs of websites you are not authorized to audit.
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other users, workspaces or organizations.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any component of the platform.
• Not use the platform for activities that generate excessive load or denial of service.
• Not automate access to the platform through unauthorized bots or scripts, except through the official API with the appropriate credentials.

6. Intellectual property

• The GEOptimus platform, its code, design, brand, logo and documentation are the property of GEOptimus Intelligence or its licensors.
• The user retains ownership of their data and the content of the websites submitted for analysis.
• GEOptimus does not acquire any rights over user content beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.
• Audit reports and results generated by the platform may be used freely by the user.

7. Service availability

GEOptimus endeavors to ensure continuous platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements that result in temporary service interruptions.

We shall not be liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of liability

• GEOptimus provides the service "as is". Audit and simulation results are indicative and do not constitute binding professional advice.
• We do not guarantee that the suggested optimizations will result in inclusion or citation by third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.), as these operate with proprietary algorithms beyond our control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEOptimus' total liability to the user for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
• Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Account closure and cancellation

• You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.
• After cancellation, your data will be deleted in accordance with the timeframes set out in the Privacy Policy.
• GEOptimus may cancel or suspend an account for breach of these Terms, with prior notice except in cases of urgency or manifest illegality.

11. Changes to these Terms

GEOptimus reserves the right to modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, except where applicable consumer protection regulations require otherwise.
